Leaking Flat RoofShane
Leaking Flat Roof – Rubber Roofing Problems
One of the major problems with fitting a rubber bond roof / epdm is that when the rubber shrinks it will pull at all the joints.
This one has debonded at the drip edge due to wind uplift and not enough mechanical fixings at the apron edge, the rubber has lifted resulting in a leaking flat roof.
If you are fitting epdm this is a must, make sure your installer does his homework.
Whoever you choose to undertake the work make sure they are a reputable company here’s what to look for by way of company qualifications.
