London Roof Maintenanceiadmin
Our Surveyors have been investigating internal/external building fabric water damage using leak detection techniques in London for over 45 years.
Having worked on some truly architecturally magnificent structures in beautiful central london we have seen truly gifted craftsmen whom have lifted mastic asphalt seamlessly over the steepest of inclines and lead/copper skillfully blended to the roofline we are proud of the work that others have done that still stands watertight today in our great city of london.
We are delighted to say that we are hearing more and more of our clients are appreciating the ture magnificence of our archetectural diversity in london from government buildings, ex-council offices and residential properties and are really engaging with us about how they can maintain the existing roof and building fabric.
Now while we walk the roof with our clients (if they are willing), conducting flat roof surveys & roof inspection’s they are engaging us with real questions on the roof condition, asking us why is it leaking? how can it be leaking on one side of the building when there’s a crack in the mastic asphalt on the opposite side?
Now is the time, now is the time to start thinking ahead we want to help, we dont want our london roofs to fall into disrepair do we? we certainly dont. We want to give our clients solutions not costly invoices because of neglected maintenance, we just want to provide a good service to our customers so that everybody knows who they can call for so straight forward advice.
